hese Terms and Conditions govern purchases made from Mile One Baby.

By submitting an order, the customer agrees to these Terms, together with the Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and applicable Limited Warranty.

1. Seller

2. Eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a purchase contract.

Products must be purchased by an adult for use in accordance with their instructions.

3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate:

  • photographs;
  • descriptions;
  • dimensions;
  • weights;
  • configurations;
  • compatibility information;
  • prices;
  • delivery estimates.

Screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences in color or appearance.

The customer must review the product description and compatibility information before purchase.

4. Product Safety

Products must be assembled, maintained, and used according to their manual and safety warnings.

Customers must comply with:

  • age and weight limits;
  • assembly instructions;
  • restraint-system instructions;
  • brake instructions;
  • car seat compatibility requirements;
  • maintenance guidance.

A product must not be used if it appears damaged, unstable, incomplete, or unsafe.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase.

An automated order confirmation confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

Mile One Baby may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

  • suspected fraud;
  • payment failure;
  • inventory error;
  • incorrect pricing;
  • shipping restrictions;
  • legal or safety concerns;
  • abusive purchasing activity;
  • inaccurate customer information.

If a paid order is canceled by Mile One Baby, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Prices

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless stated otherwise.

The displayed product price excludes any government tax separately calculated at checkout.

Standard shipping is free within the stated shipping area.

Mile One Baby does not add undisclosed mandatory handling or processing fees.

7. Pricing Errors

We may correct an obvious pricing, description, or technical error.

When an error affects an order, we may:

  • contact the customer for confirmation at the corrected price; or
  • cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

We will not charge a higher price without the customer’s agreement.

8. Taxes

Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The amount may depend on:

  • the delivery address;
  • the applicable tax rules;
  • the configuration of the checkout;
  • the location of inventory or fulfillment operations.

9. Payments

Available payment methods may include:

  • major payment cards;
  • Shopify Payments;
  • Shop Pay;
  • PayPal;
  • other methods displayed at checkout.

Payment authorization must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

Payment services may be subject to separate terms issued by their provider.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping areas, processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, delays, and lost-package procedures are described in our Shipping Policy.

The product page displays the applicable delivery window.

11. Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.

Address changes must be requested immediately and cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

12. Cancellation

A customer may request cancellation before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow the applicable return process.

13. Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases are subject to the Return, Refund & 30-Day At-Home Trial Policy.

The customer must review the return conditions before using the product outdoors.

14. Final Sale

An item expressly marked Final Sale is not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

This does not remove mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or non-conforming products.

15. Warranty

Eligible products are covered by the Mile One Baby Three-Year Limited Warranty.

The written warranty is available before purchase and forms part of these Terms.

16. Promotions

Promotional codes may be combined when the checkout permits it, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Promotions:

  • have no cash value;
  • may have an expiration date;
  • may be limited to eligible products;
  • may be canceled in cases of error, fraud, or abuse.

A discount does not automatically make an item Final Sale.

17. Resale

Commercial resale is not prohibited unless otherwise communicated.

However, purchasing products for resale does not:

  • create an authorized reseller relationship;
  • grant trademark rights;
  • permit misleading advertising;
  • allow the reseller to alter Mile One Baby warranties;
  • extend warranty rights to a subsequent purchaser.

The standard limited warranty remains restricted to the original direct purchaser unless otherwise required by law.

18. Customer Reviews and Content

When a customer voluntarily submits a review, photograph, video, testimonial, or other content, the customer confirms that:

  • they created it or have permission to share it;
  • it does not violate another person’s rights;
  • it is accurate to the best of their knowledge;
  • it does not contain unlawful or harmful content.

The customer grants Mile One Baby a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, display, and distribute the submitted content for:

  • the website;
  • social media;
  • email;
  • advertising;
  • product pages;
  • other brand communications.

The customer may contact us regarding future use of their content. Removal from every previously produced or distributed publication may not always be possible.

19. Intellectual Property

The Mile One Baby name, logos, designs, text, photographs, graphics, product-page content, and website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.

20. Prohibited Uses

The website may not be used to:

  • commit fraud;
  • interfere with website security;
  • introduce malicious code;
  • scrape data unlawfully;
  • impersonate another person;
  • submit false claims;
  • infringe intellectual-property rights;
  • violate applicable law.

21. Third-Party Services

The website may use or link to independent services.

Mile One Baby is not responsible for an independent third party’s terms, privacy practices, or services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

22. Availability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may temporarily restrict access for:

  • maintenance;
  • security;
  • technical issues;
  • legal compliance;
  • circumstances outside our control.

23. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mile One Baby is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of the website or product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited, including liability relating to:

  • fraud;
  • intentional misconduct;
  • death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable;
  • mandatory product-safety obligations;
  • non-waivable consumer rights.

24. Force Majeure

Mile One Baby is not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:

  • natural disasters;
  • severe weather;
  • war;
  • civil unrest;
  • government action;
  • carrier interruption;
  • transportation disruption;
  • labor disputes;
  • widespread network failures;
  • public-health emergencies.

This provision does not remove a customer’s right to cancel and receive a refund when required by law.

25. Changes to These Terms

The Terms applicable to an order are those available when the order is placed.

We may update these Terms for future orders.

26. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller in France, without depriving customers of mandatory consumer protections that apply in their state or place of residence.

There is no single generic body of “United States contract law.” When the future LLC is created, this section should be replaced with the law of the LLC’s state of formation or principal operation, following legal review.

We will attempt to resolve the issue directly.

A customer may also use any consumer-mediation procedure or court available under applicable law.

Consumer mediator:

No clause in these Terms requires a customer to waive a mandatory legal remedy.
