These Terms of Service govern access to the Mile One Baby website and the purchase and use of products sold through the website.
Throughout these Terms, “Mile One Baby,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Titouan Visdeloup, Entrepreneur Individuel, operating under the trade name Mile One Baby.
By visiting our website, submitting an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced within them.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.
Our products are intended to be purchased and assembled by adults.
You may not use our website or products for an unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

- introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology;

We may restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

- compatibility;
- included components;
- pricing;
- availability;
- estimated delivery times.
Product colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, manufacturing variations, and screen settings.
Minor visual differences that do not affect the product’s intended use or safety do not necessarily constitute a defect.
The customer is responsible for reviewing the product description, dimensions, compatibility information, age limits, and weight limits before purchasing.
6. Product Safety
All products must be assembled, installed, maintained, and used according to their instructions and safety warnings.
Customers must comply with:
- age and weight limitations;
- assembly instructions;
- restraint-system instructions;
- brake instructions;
- folding and unfolding instructions;
- car-seat installation instructions;
- compatibility requirements;
- maintenance recommendations.
A product must not be used when it is damaged, incomplete, unstable, improperly assembled, subject to a safety notice, or otherwise unsafe.
Mile One Baby should be contacted immediately when a possible safety issue is identified.
7. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products shown in the order.
An automated confirmation email confirms that we have received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or shipped.
We may refuse, place on hold, or cancel an order for reasonable reasons, including:
- payment failure;
- suspected fraud;
- inaccurate customer information;
- inventory errors;
- obvious pricing errors;
- shipping restrictions;
- product-safety concerns;
- suspected resale abuse;
- violation of these Terms;
- legal or regulatory restrictions.
When Mile One Baby cancels a paid order, the amount collected for the canceled products will be refunded to the original payment method.
8. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability.
Mile One Baby does not currently accept pre-orders unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
If an inventory error allows an unavailable product to be purchased, we may:
- cancel the unavailable product and issue a refund; or
- offer an alternative solution that the customer may accept or decline.
9. Prices
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time, but a change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed during checkout, subject to the correction of an obvious error.
Standard shipping is free for eligible orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.
10. Pricing and Description Errors
We may correct an obvious pricing, product-description, availability, or technical error.
When an error affects an order, we may:
- contact the customer and request confirmation at the corrected price or under the corrected conditions; or
- cancel the affected order and issue a refund.
We will not charge a higher price without the customer’s agreement.
11. Taxes
Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Tax treatment may depend on the customer’s delivery address and applicable legal requirements.
The customer will not be asked to pay undisclosed import duties or customs charges upon delivery for orders covered by our Shipping Policy.
12. Payment
Available payment methods may include:
- major credit or debit cards;
- Shopify Payments;
- Shop Pay;
- PayPal;
- other payment methods displayed during checkout.
The payment method must be valid and authorized for use by the customer.
Orders may be delayed or canceled when payment cannot be authorized or when additional verification is reasonably required.
Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, security procedures, and dispute processes.
13. Shipping and Delivery
Mile One Baby currently ships to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
Processing and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Depending on the product, the estimated total delivery window is:
- 4 to 8 business days for Fast Delivery products;
- 13 to 24 business days for Standard Delivery products.
These timeframes include up to three business days of order processing.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
14. Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Address changes must be requested as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment has begun or after the order has shipped.
Additional costs or losses resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer may remain the customer’s responsibility, except where Mile One Baby or the carrier caused the delivery error.
15. Order Cancellation
A cancellation may be requested before the order has shipped.
A cancellation request is not accepted until Mile One Baby confirms it in writing.
Once an order has shipped, the customer must wait for delivery and use the applicable return procedure.
16. Returns and At-Home Trial
Eligible products include a 30-Day At-Home Trial beginning on the delivery date.
The At-Home Trial allows reasonable indoor inspection and testing. It does not permit outdoor use.
Eligible returns must comply with our Return, Refund & 30-Day At-Home Trial Policy.
The product must normally be returned:
- clean;
- undamaged;
- without outdoor use;
- with all components and accessories;
- in its original packaging;
- using the return instructions provided by Mile One Baby.
Eligible returns within the contiguous United States include a prepaid standard return label and no restocking fee.
17. Final Sale Products
A product is excluded from change-of-mind returns only when it was clearly identified as Final Sale before purchase.
A Final Sale designation does not remove rights relating to:
- shipping damage;
- an incorrect product;
- missing components;
- a manufacturing defect;
- an unsafe product;
- mandatory consumer protections.
Products purchased with a normal discount or promotional code remain returnable unless specifically marked Final Sale.
18. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
For eligible returns, refunds are normally processed within 14 calendar days after the product has been received and inspected.
The customer’s bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
19. Exchanges and Replacements
Depending on availability and the nature of the request, Mile One Baby may offer:
- replacement parts;
- a replacement product;
- an exchange;
- a partial refund accepted by the customer;
- a full refund.
A particular remedy is not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.
20. Three-Year Limited Warranty
Eligible Mile One Baby products are covered by a Three-Year Limited Warranty beginning on the original purchase date.
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects arising during normal and intended use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidents, improper assembly, overloading, cosmetic damage, airline damage, unauthorized modification, or damage caused by improper repair.

21. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional codes:
- may be subject to expiration dates;
- may apply only to eligible products;
- have no cash value;
- may be limited or canceled in cases of error, fraud, or abuse.
Promotional codes may be combined only when the checkout permits them or the applicable promotion expressly allows combination.
A discounted price does not automatically make a product Final Sale.
22. Commercial Resale
Products may be purchased for resale unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a product for resale does not:
- create an authorized reseller relationship;
- grant permission to use Mile One Baby trademarks;
- authorize misleading claims about the brand;
- permit alteration of Mile One Baby’s warranty;
- transfer the original purchaser’s warranty to another owner.
A reseller remains responsible for complying with all laws applicable to its activities.
23. Reviews, Photographs, and Customer Content
Customers may voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, comments, or other content.
By submitting content, the customer confirms that:
- they own the content or have permission to submit it;
- the content is accurate to the best of their knowledge;
- the content does not violate another person’s rights;
- the content is not unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading.
The customer grants Mile One Baby a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, translate, publish, display, and distribute the submitted content for:
- product pages;
- the Mile One Baby website;
- social media;
- email marketing;
- advertisements;
- other brand communications.
Mile One Baby may moderate or remove customer content that violates these Terms.
24. Intellectual Property
The Mile One Baby name, logos, website design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, product-page content, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Mile One Baby.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, sold, or commercially used without prior permission, except where permitted by law.
No purchase grants ownership of Mile One Baby intellectual property.
25. Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including:
- Shopify;
- Shopify Payments;
- Shop Pay;
- PayPal;
- Trustpilot;
- Google;
- delivery carriers;
- order-tracking applications;
- shopping-cart applications.
Independent services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Mile One Baby is not responsible for an independent third party’s conduct beyond the extent required by applicable law.
26. Website Availability
We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or error.
Access may be temporarily restricted because of:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- security concerns;
- network failures;
- technical problems;
- legal requirements;
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
27. Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current website information.
However, the website may occasionally contain typographical, technical, pricing, availability, or description errors.
Nothing on the website replaces the official product manual, safety instructions, or advice from a qualified professional.
28. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mile One Baby will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or unforeseeable losses arising from the website or a product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability relating to:
- fraud or intentional misconduct;
- death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited;
- mandatory product-safety obligations;
- defective products;
- mandatory consumer rights.
Customers must follow all product instructions and immediately stop using a product that appears unsafe.
29. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a user agrees to compensate Mile One Baby for losses reasonably resulting from:
- unlawful use of the website;
- a fraudulent claim;
- infringement of another person’s rights;
- a material violation of these Terms.
This section does not apply to ordinary good-faith consumer complaints or legitimate legal claims.
30. Force Majeure
Mile One Baby is not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:
- natural disasters;
- severe weather;
- war or civil unrest;
- government action;
- carrier disruption;
- strikes;
- widespread network failures;
- public-health emergencies;
- major transportation interruptions.
This section does not remove a right to cancel or receive a refund when such a right is required by applicable law.
31. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The invalid provision will be limited or modified only to the extent necessary.
32. No Waiver
A failure by Mile One Baby to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
33. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable French law because the current seller is a French Entrepreneur Individuel.
However, customers retain any mandatory consumer rights provided by the laws applicable in their state or place of residence.
Nothing in these Terms requires a customer to waive a non-waivable consumer right or remedy.
34. Disputes
Customers should first contact:

Customers may also use any court, regulatory process, or consumer dispute-resolution procedure available under applicable law.
The details of Mile One Baby’s designated French consumer mediator will be added when the mediator has been selected.
35. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when:
- our services change;
- our policies change;
- applications or payment methods change;
- legal requirements change;
- the business entity changes.
The Terms applicable to a purchase are generally those displayed when the order is submitted.
The revised effective date will be displayed at the top of this page.
